Aptana RadRails installation problem

Hey,

I've downloaded the latest Aptana RadRails (stand alone) from the site. When I try to run the installer, I'm getting an error (see attachment).

I have the latest JRE installed. The machine I'm having this problems on is running Win 7 x64 Ultimate. I have no problems whatsoever running Eclipse (Galileo) itself.

Any idea's why I'm having problems, and how I can fix them?
