Priority support and feature requests for Pro users

We'd love to give our Pro users the "priority" support that they pay for...but we can't do that unless we know that you're a Pro user!

How can you let us know that you're a Pro user when filing a support or feature request?

Make sure that your ASAP account is "tagged" when you file the request. To tag your ASAP account as a Pro user:

1. Login your Aptana store account.

2. Click the link to your Account History.

3. Click the link to your Pro license.

4. Scroll down to the "Priority Support" box, and type your ASAP username. (We'd love to automatically create an ASAP account for you and link everything when you purchase a Pro license, but we're not quite there yet.)

5. Click the "Update License Information" to save your changes.

Now we'll be able to tell that you're a Pro user when we're discussing support and feature requests in ASAP! :)
